Rent Town Hall

IMPORTANT: NO FIREHALL RENTALS BETWEEN OCT 15TH thru APR 15TH A Hall Rental Agreement Form must be signed.  You can download the form here.

  • Town Hall Meeting Room – $50.00
  • Town Hall & Kitchen – $100.00
  • Fire Hall – $100.00

Security Deposit – $200.00 (Mentor Resident) $300.00 (Non-Resident) Deposits will be returned after your event and premises inspected

No-charge for: Mentor resident Funerals, Local Clubs, and Local Non-Profit Organizations

Hall Rental Rules:

Reservations can be made by phone provided this rental form is completed in a timely manner with the rental fee and
security deposit received before the date will be reserved for you.

  • The hall is to be cleaned and vacated by 12:00 Midnight on the day of the rental.
  • No smoking is permitted in the hall.
  • Underage drinking is not allowed on the property.
  • No illegal drugs are allowed on the property.
  • Garbage from the kitchen and bathrooms should be removed and deposited in the dumpsters behind the Town Hall.
  • The kitchen should be left clean.
  • Decorations are only to be hung using removable tape or string. All decorations and hanging materials must be
    removed. This includes materials on the ceiling, walls, tabletops and undersides of tables.
  • Both doors should be locked upon leaving.
