Request for Sealed Bids – King Street Sidewalk

Town of Mentor is seeking sealed bids to replace the existing sidewalks and curb on both sides of King St, Humbird, WI.  This includes a walkway to the Town Hall Office.  We anticipate the project to begin in the Spring of 2024.

Project Description:

There are two sides of the street please estimate each side separately. All measurements are estimated.

  • Town hall side (west side)
    • 1070 Sq Ft 4″ Deep – 5 feet wide 214 feet long sidewalk and curb
    • 140 Sq Ft  4″ Deep – Walking path leading to Town Hall Office 5 feet wide 28ft long.
  • Shop side of the street (east side)
    • 2044 Sq Ft 4″ Deep – 7 feet wide and 292 feet long

Sealed Bid Requirements:

  • The deadline for submitting sealed bids is February 29th
  • Sealed envelope should be plainly marked as “King Street Sidewalk Repair Project.”
  • Mail or Bring-In sealed bid to:

  • Two Quotes, one for each side of the street
